Not the first rodeo with this client, he is a construction Project Manager in NSW. Having now sold 3 speculative properties for him since 2017, I truly appreciate the uncontested engagement for dealing with his NZ developments. A client who gets the value in appointing a ‘subcontractor’ to get these properties sold in the same manner as the electrician, plumber, builder or block layer. The only other alternative in this industry is commission based salesperson, a culture that places 100% of the risk for getting paid only on an unconditional sale. The conflict of interest in such a contract is glaringly obvious to the wary.

With titles still to be issued (within 60 days) & only purchased by the owner in March ($315K), it was a leap of faith to as to where this may sit in this veracious demand for land. I have very clear & narrow criteria for marketing via Deadline, we must have an ‘X’ factor, period. It is an extremely frustrating method, especially for the buyer.
